Remarks:

The reporting person filed a Form 4 on 01/29/2024 which inadvertently reported the vesting of 89 shares on 01/25/2024, 18 shares on 01/26/2024 and 37 shares on 01/26/24 of Common Stock in a private purchase or on the open market.
