On January 25, 2023, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that he purchased a total of 1,133 shares of Common Stock in a private purchase or on the open market. The 2,708 shares reported in this Form 4 amendment include the 1,133 shares of restricted stock that vested, as well as 621 shares held in the name of a broker for the account of the reporting person which were reported separately on the original Form 4. The holdings listed in Row 1 and 2 of Table I of this Form 4 amendment are not new or revised.
