Remarks:
On January 29, 2024, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that he purchased a total of 403 shares (249 on 01/25/24, 51 on 01/26/2024 & 103 on 01/26/24) of Common Stock in a private purchase or on the open market. The 2,708 shares reported in this Form 4 amendment include the 403 shares of restricted stock that vested, as well as 621 shares held in the name of a broker for the account of the reporting person which were reported separately on the original Form 4. The holdings listed in Row 1 of Table I of this Form 4 amendment are not new or revised.
