F1 On March 1, 2023 the Company awarded 311 restricted share units under the Company's stock plan. The units vest in three equal annual installments beginning on March 1, 2024, unless, with certain exceptions, the reporting person ceases to be an employee prior to the vesting date.
F2 On March 1, 2023 the Company awarded 1,938 stock options under the Company's stock plan. The options vest in 4 equal annual installments beginning on March 1, 2024. The vested portions of such options will become exercisable upon vesting.
F3 The options vest in 4 equal annual installments beginning on March 1, 2024.

Remarks:

This Form 4A is only to correct a clerical error in reporting the number of stock options awarded on March 1, 2023. The correct number of stock options awarded is 1,928, not 626, as reported on Form 4 filed on March 2, 2023.
