("Kimball"), HNI Corporation ("HNI") and Ozark Merger Sub, Inc. ("Merger Sub"), Merger Sub merged with and into Kimball (the "Merger"), with Kimball surviving the Merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of HNI.
