Remarks:

On February 23, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which, due to administrative error, mistakenly reported that 5,273 shares of common stock were withheld to satisfy the tax withholding obligation applicable to the vesting of the earned 2019 PSUs. In fact, as reported in this amendment, 3,451 shares of common stock were withheld to satisfy the tax withholding obligation applicable to the vesting of the earned 2019 PSUs. This amendment also corrects the reported beneficial ownership amount following the next transaction to give effect to the foregoing change.
