This Amendment No. 1 to the Form 13F for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, originally filed by Tolleson Wealth Management, Inc. ("TWM") with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on May 15, 2025, is being filed primarily to: (i) restate the values previously reported in Column 4 of the Information Table such that each figure is presented to the nearest dollar, rather than rounded to the nearest thousand, and (ii) correspondingly, revise the Form 13F Information Table Value on the Summary Page to reflect the aggregate value rounded to the nearest dollar (each of the foregoing as required by the SEC beginning January 3, 2023). In addition to the foregoing, with respect to the Form 13F filings filed by TWM with the SEC for the quarters ended December 31, 2022 through December 31, 2024, TWM inadvertently reported values rounded to the nearest thousand in the Information Table and Summary Page, rather than as rounded to the nearest dollar per the SEC updates to the 13F disclosure format that became effective as of January 3, 2023, and, accordingly each of those Form 13F filings should be read as if each value figure presented in the Information Table and Summary Page were carried out to the nearest dollar rather than being rounded to the nearest thousand, as disclosed. This amendment adds an additional holding to the Information Table and the total value as reported on the Summary Page has been updated to reflect this addition.
