Sagefield Capital LP is the investment manager to the Sagefield Multi-Strategy Master Fund LP and Sagefield Multi-Strategy Fund LP (together the "Multi-Strategy Fund"). Sagefield Investment Group, LP is the investment manager to the Sagefield Relative Value Master Fund LP, Sagefield Relative Value Fund LP, and Sagefield Relative Value Offshore Fund Ltd (together the "Relative Value Fund") and certain separately managed accounts ("SMAs"). Sagefield Capital, LP and Sagefield Investment Group, LP, which are under common control, are each registered as investment advisers with the SEC under an umbrella registration and are reporting together on this Form 13F with respect to all reportable holdings in the Multi-Strategy Fund, the Relative Value Fund and SMAs.
