This will be the final Form 13F filing submitted by Centenus Global Management, LP, as the Investment Advisor and affiliated Private Funds have ceased operations. All investor capital was redeemed effective 7/1/2020. No securities positions were held as of 7/1/2020, as they were liquidated prior to the redemption date. As advised by the Commission, the Investment Advisor qualifies for an exception to cease quarterly filings for the remainder of the calendar year (and subsequent quarters) due to the fact that the Investment Advisor will have dissolved, leaving no representatives to submit future filings.
