This amendment is being filed to correct the Column 4 value of options positions reported in the Information Table, in order to be consistent with the instructions to Form 13F, which state that such value must be reported in terms of the securities underlying the options, not the options themselves. Such correction also increases the Form 13F Information Table Value Total on the Summary Page.
