The purpose of this amendment is to correct an overstatement of values for 13F securities as provided in the firm's Q2 2021 filing. The initial submission included a greater value due to inclusion of non-discretionary assets in certain programs which contain both discretionary and non-discretionary assets. The values in this amended submission have been corrected so that they reflect only the assets within these programs over which the firm has investment discretion.
