Hall Capital Partners LLC was acquired by Pathstone Family Office, LLC ("Pathstone") on December 2, 2024. Thereafter, Hall Capital Partners LLC assigned all of its advisory contracts to Pathstone by March 20, 2025 and withdrew its investment adviser registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 24, 2025. As a result, Hall Capital Partners LLC no longer holds investment discretion over any 13(f) securities positions, including the 13(f) securities positions previously reported by it. Discretion over such positions has been assumed by Pathstone and they are included in Pathstone Holdings, LLC's (SEC File No. 028-23932) 9/30/2025 Form 13F filing to the extent they continued to be held as of such date.
