M&R Follow-On Fund Management, LP (the "Investment Adviser") is the investment adviser to Midstream & Resources Follow-On Fund, L.P., Liberty M&R SPV, L.P., and Liberty M&R SPV II, L.P. (the "Funds"). M&R FOF GP, LP (the "General Partner") is the general partner of the Funds. The investment committee of the General Partner must approve and authorize all acquisition of securities by the Funds. The Investment Adviser has the authority to make all decisions related to dispositions of securities of the Funds.
