NGP MR Management, LLC (the "Investment Adviser") is the investment adviser to NGP Midstream & Resources, LP (the "Fund"). NGP MR, LP (the "General Partner") is the general partner of the Fund. The investment committee of the General Partner must approve and authorize all acquisitions of securities by the Fund.
