Additionally, the share amount is based on a estimate of the June 2019 pre-merger shares of 1,459,524 shares multiplied by the merger exchange ratio of 0.073386, which equals to 107,108 shares. This amount was then multiplied by the share price as of March 31, 2020, which was $2.93, leading to the market value of about $314,000.
