This amendment adds Section 13(f) securities held in accounts of investment funds managed by Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd, Zurich (the 'Bank') that were erroneously omitted from the original filing as a result of an inadvertent misunderstanding of the reporting requirements to securities held by investment funds. Reportable securities held by investment funds managed by the Bank were also inadvertently omitted in prior Form 13F filings made by the Bank. The securities of investment funds managed by the Bank are held by third-party custodians, and as such, it is difficult for the Bank to obtain information from such third parties regarding the funds' holdings of Section 13(f) securities during quarters prior to Q4 2023.
