Dear Sir The portfolios we had US securirties were on run-off and being sold. However we were above $100m threshold and we ought to have submitted this last quarter and in our error we omitted to do this. We noticed this on 15/05/2020 and have filed it as soon as we were allowed to travel to site where the codes were kept as we are in CoVid 19 lockdown
