Last Friday we completed the first year of filing of Form 13F , as stated, we are a UK OPS which has been registered as large trader since 28/12/2011 but we had not filed any other return, until we learnt that this was a requirement on 4 March 2015. We confirmed this with our US lawyers and set about completing this task - but we have also decided to file the backlog years for completeness. This a backlog filing for QE 12/31/2013
