All US holdings of this investor are reported in this report. The Form 13F report requires disclosure of the manager that files the report, the name and class of the security, the CUSIP code, the number of shares as
of the end of the calendar quarter for which the report is filed, and the total market value. The market value
column should not be used as a substitute for Assets Under Management (AUM), as it does not include cash held in
accounts.
* Reported Price is the price of the security as of the portfolio date. This value is significant in that it is the last known price at which the security was still held.
An asterisk sign (*) next to the price indicates that the price is likely invalid.

This is an UK Occupational Pension Scheme, in-house managed, we have been registered for Large Trader since 28/12/2011 and we have always completed Form 13H annually and stated that we do not fill in any other forms. However, at a recent trade body meeting, (IMA - Investment Management Association for OPS) it was identified that perhaps we were caught by this legislation - that was last Wednesday 4 March 2015, we informed our US lawyers and they confirmed this Tuesday 10 March 2015 . Prior to this we were unaware that this form needed to be filed as we would have done so. It has been agreed internally that we would file the last calendar year and then do the backlog, calendar year 31 December 2013 & 31 December 2012 subsequently.
