Wexford Capital LP ("Wexford") has delegated investment discretion to certain third-party sub-advisors (collectively, the Sub-Advisors") over certain Section 13(f) securities set forth herein that are designated as "SHARED-OTHER" (collectively, the "Shared Positions"). For sake of clarity, the Sub-Advisors do not necessarily have discretion over the Shared Positions in their entirety and, instead, may only have discretion over a portion of such Shared Positions. With respect to those 13(f) securities set forth herein that are designated as "SOLE" (collectively, the "Sole Positions"), however, the Sub-Advisors do not have any discretion over such positions.
