The reporting investment manager (the "Manager") is filing this Amendment No. 1 to Form 13F-HR (this "Amendment No. 1") to correct an error contained in the Information Table included in the Manager's original Form 13F-HR filed on November 14, 2018 with respect to the quarter ended September 30, 2018 (the "Original Information Table"). Specifically the Original Information Table inadvertently reported one securities position that the Manager in fact did not hold as of the quarter end date. Accordingly, the Information Table included in this Amendment No. 1 (the "Amended Information Table") restates the information included in the Original Information Table, except that the Amended Information Table does not report the one securities position that was inadvertently reported in the Original Information Table.
