This Amendment No.1 ("Amendment No. 1") corrects a typographical error that appeared in the original Form 13F filing, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 15, 2023 ("Original Filing") with respect to the Summary Page and the "List of Other Included Managers" and Column 7 of the "Information Table." In particular, Altshuler Shaham Owl, Limited Partnership and Altshuler Shaham Yanshuf Gidur Ltd. are the same entity and were inadvertently reported as two separate entities in the Original Filing. We have removed the reference to Altshuler Shaham Yanshuf Gidur Ltd. from the "List of Other Included Managers" on the Cover Page and reduced the number of "Other included Managers" on the "Summary Page" from "6" to "5". We have also renumbered Altshuler Shaham Yanshuf Gidur Ltd.'s holdings in the "Information Table" to refer to holdings of Altshuler Shaham Owl, Limited Partnership. All reported holdings, table entries, and table values remain the same. No other changes are being made under Amendment No. 1.
