This amendment is being filed to (1) add information to Column 7 Other Manager which was missing from the original filing, (2) correct fair value misstatements for two securities, and (3) omit securities included in the original filing which qualify as small positions for Form 13F reporting purposes. Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("NAM Tokyo") may have investment discretion for certain positions, however separately delegated sole investment discretion to certain sub-advisers who hold positions in the same security, while also retaining voting authority. In such situations, the number of shares that NAM Tokyo is listing on the 13F as having investment discretion may be lower than the number of shares that NAM Tokyo is listing on the 13F as having voting authority over.
