This 13F-HR is being restated to correct an error in the Information Table enclosed with the original 13F-HR report filed on February 13, 2020, where the figures inserted in column 4 (value) thereof inadvertently represented the figures in column 5 (SHRS or PRN AMT) thereof and vice versa. There is no change to the holdings or total value reported. 2. The securities reported herein are held by Clal Insurance Company Ltd., Clal Pension and Provident Fund Ltd., and Atudot Pension Fund For Employees and Independents Ltd., with investment discretion over such securities exercised by Canaf Clal Finance Management Ltd. (collectively, all entities above are referred to as the "Clal Entities"). Each Clal Entity is a direct or indirect, wholly or partially-owned subsidiary of Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. ("Clal Holdings"). The economic interest or beneficial ownership in a portion of the securities covered by this report is held for the benefit of members of the public through, among others, insurance policies, provident funds, or pension funds, as the case may be. This Form 13F shall not be construed as an admission by Clal Holdings or by any of the Clal Entities that it is the beneficial owner of any of such securities, and each of Clal Holdings and the Clal Entities disclaims beneficial ownership of any such securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein. Per informal guidance received from the Division of Investment Management, section 13(f) securities that are dual listed on a U.S. stock exchange and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange were included in this Form 13F only if they were purchased in the U.S.
