(collectively, all entities above are referred to as the "Clal Entities"). Each Clal Entity is a direct or indirect, wholly or partially-owned subsidiary of Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. ("Clal Holdings"). The economic interest or beneficial ownership in a portion of the securities covered by this report is held for the benefit of members of the public through, among others, insurance policies, provident funds, or pension funds, as the case may be.
