The securities reported herein are beneficially owned by the Israel senior pension and provident funds under a special manager appointed by law by the Inspector of Insurance of the State of Israel (under the Israeli Ministry of Finance) (the "Funds"). "Amitim Senior Pension Funds" is the "brand name" of the organizational structure that incorporates the Funds. "Amitim Senior Pension Funds" is not a legal entity, while each of the Funds is a separate legal entity. For convenience only, this form is filed by "Mivtachim The Workers Social Insurance Fund Ltd. (Under Special Management)" ("Mivtachim"), which is one the Funds.
