This Amendment No. 1 to Form 13F-HR (this "Amendment") is being filed to correct an inadvertent administrative error in the Information Table in Form 13F for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 16, 2016 (the "Original Form 13F"), solely with respect to column D (Value) of the following security: HSBC HLDGS PLC (CUSIP: 404280AR0) and, consequently, a corresponding change in the Information Table Value Total below. This Amendment does not modify any other information set forth in the Original Form 13F. Part of the securities reported herein are held for members of the public through, among others, provident funds and/or mutual funds and/or pension funds and/or insurance policies, which are managed by subsidiaries of Harel Insurance Investments & Financial Services Ltd. ("Harel Holdings"), each of which subsidiaries operates under independent management and makes independent voting and investment decisions, with investment discretion over such securities exercised by either Harel Insurance Company Ltd., Harel-Pia Mutual Funds Ltd., Harel Sal Ltd. or Harel Finance Asset Management Ltd.
