The Manager learned recently that its Form 13F for June 30, 2022 incorrectly showed certain positions. For example, in some instances, the principal amount of bond holdings were reported as shares of common stock. This error affected several lines of the Manager's Information Table. This amendment is filed to restate the Information Table to correct those lines.
