As of March 24th 2016, Oddo & CIE (a French investment bank and previously a minority shareholder in BHF Kleinwort Benson Group SA ("BHFKB")), acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of BHFKB. This has resulted in a change to the indirect ownership structure of the firm, with BHF Kleinwort Benson Group SA now being a wholly owned subsidiary of Oddo & CIE.
