SG Select LLC is not required to file Form 13F as it does not exercise investment discretion over $100 million or more in Section 13(f) securities. Therefore, this will be the last Form 13F filed by SG Select LLC until such time that SG Select LLC independently meets the Form 13F filing threshold. Going forward, Steinberg Global Asset Management will report the securities over which SG Select LLC exercises investment discretion on its Form 13F filing. SG Select LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of, and is controlled by, Steinberg Global Asset Management. Due to their corporate relationship, Steinberg Global Asset Management is deemed to exercise investment discretion over SG Select LLC's Section (13)f securities.
