This Amendment No. 1 restates the Form 13F Holdings Report filed by Context BH Capital Management, LP on February 14, 2019 (the "Original Report"). This Amendment No. 1 corrects the Information Table relating to the reported position in HOWARD BANCORP INC by correcting Column 5 "SHRS OR PRN AMT" and Column 8 "VOTING AUTHORITY--SOLE" by inserting 174,353 in both Columns to replace 174 (the position reported in the Original Report). There are no other differences between the position information reported in this Amendment No. 1 and the position information reported in the Original Report.
