This amendment is being filed to correct inadvertent errors identified in the manager's Form 13F filed on May 1, 2014 (the "Original Report"). The manager recently discovered that it had incorrectly reported its investment discretion with respect to certain of its holdings in the Original Report. Except with respect to the information related to investment discretion, the manager believes that the Original Report was accurate as filed.
