Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("NAM Tokyo") is filing this Amendment No. 1 to the Form 13F for the calendar quarter ending June 30, 2022 to correct the number of shares it reports having voting authority over for certain positions managed by Nomura Asset Management U.K. Ltd. In light of the change in the Form 13F rounding conventions adopted on January 3, 2023, this amendment reports dollar values rounded to the nearest dollar (rather than to the nearest one thousand dollars, as done in the original Form 13F). For certain positions, NAM Tokyo may have investment discretion and/or may have delegated sole investment discretion to certain sub-advisers, while retaining voting authority. In such situations, the number of shares that NAM Tokyo is listing on the 13F as having investment discretion may be lower than the number of shares that NAM Tokyo is listing on the 13F as having voting authority over.
