Historically, we have filed 13F-HR reports for both Bar Harbor Trust Services (CIK 0001114039/Form 13F File Number 028-05715) and Charter Trust Company (CIK 0001035463/Form 13F File Number 028-06264). Beginning with the 06/30/2022 13F-HR filing, Bar Harbor Wealth Management will assume responsibility for filing on behalf of the two prior entities. The Company Name for CIK 0001035463 has been updated to reflect the new name (Bar Harbor Wealth Management) and the submission was accepted on 07/29/2022. Bar Harbor Trust Services will file a final 13F-HR as of 06-30-2022 reflecting zero holdings.
