On November 18, 2022, Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. acquired Salient Capital Advisors, LLCs asset management business. Subsequently, on January 3, 2023, Salient Capital Advisors, LLC filed Form ADV-W to withdraw from registration as an investment adviser. Salient Capital Advisors, LLC is ceasing operations and thus will no longer file Form 13F on a going-forward basis.
