The firm is no longer actively managing money on behalf of investors; to this end, funds managed by the firm have already returned approximately 97% of investor capital. The firm anticipates a Q1/Q2 deregistration as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission as well as a timely and orderly wind-down of all other relevant firm and fund operations.
