Effective October 1, 2018 CUE Financial Group RIA merged into PFG Advisors LLC RIA PFGA - SEC 801-80797. On that date, responsibility for all of CUEAs investment advisory business was taken over by PFGA. CUE Financial Group Inc. also underwent a name change and is now known as CUE Advisory Services Inc. CUE has submitted a revision of primary contact to Edgar, and Justin Jolly CCO of PFGA will take over as primary contact for both CUE and PFGA. CUE Advisory Services Inc. remains open only as a shell organization with no RAUM. Assets formerly reported under CUE were combined with PFGAA's reportable assets for 4Q2018 in the report already submitted by PFGA. With no advisory assets under management now, CUE Advisory Services is hereby submitting a 13f form reflecting no assets to report.
