The Cypress Funds LLC no longer includes Peak Investments, LLC (Peak) as an Other Included Manager because Peak is no longer an investment adviser and has withdrawn its registration as an investment adviser. As such, Peak no longer serves as the portfolio manager of The Cypress Funds LLC. As a result of an inadvertent error on the part of the EDGAR filing service, the prior Form 13F contained the Information Table of another investment adviser. This Form 13F contains the correct Information Table.
