Following an internal reorganization effective after the close of business on 22 August 2021, Marathon Asset Management LLP ("LLP) transferred substantially all of its assets and liabilities to Marathon Asset Management Limited ("LTD"). The section 13(F) secrities for which LLP previously exercised investment discretion prior to the consummation of the reorganization, and which have been reported by LLP in a Form 13F Holdings Report on the date hereof, will be reported by LTD in future Form 13F filings, including for 09-30-2021, because LTD exercises investment discretion over such s 13(F) securities as a result of th consummation of the reorganization.
