EnCap Partners GP, LLC ("EnCap Partners GP") is the sole general partner of EnCap Partners, LP, which is the managing member of EnCap Investments Holdings, LLC, which is the sole member of EnCap Investments GP, L.L.C., which is the general partner of EnCap Investments L.P., which, with Flatrock Energy Advisors LLC ("Flatrock Advisors"), are the members of EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund III General Partner, LLC, which is the sole general partner of EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund III G.P., L.P., which is the sole general partner of EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund III, L.P.
