("EnCap Investments GP"), which is the general partner of EnCap Investments L.P., which, with EnCap Investments GP and Flatrock Energy Advisors LLC ("Flatrock Advisors"), are the members of EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV General Partner, LLC, which is the sole general partner of EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV G.P., L.P., which is the sole general partner of EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV, L.P. Therefore, EnCap Partners GP and its affiliates and Flatrock Advisors and its affiliates may be deemed to share the right to direct the disposition of the securities held by EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV, L.P.
