This Amendment No. 1 restates the Form 13F Holdings Report filed by Mayfield Select Management (UGP), Ltd. on February 10, 2022 (the "Original Report"). This Amendment No. 1 corrects data in the Information Table by (i) removing the position in Poshmark Inc to reflect that Mayfield Select Management (UGP), Ltd. did not hold that 13F position as of the reported date, and (ii) removing the position in Hashicorp Inc to reflect that Mayfield Select Management (UGP), Ltd. did not hold that 13F position as of the reported date.
