This amendment to Form 13F-HR amends the Form 13F-HR filed for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. Due to an internal error, certain holdings were included on that 13F-HR that, as of December 31, 2017 were no longer under the investment discretion of KBC Asset Management NV. This amendment is being filed to correct that error.
