This amendment to Form 13F-HR amends the Form 13F-HR filed for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Due to an error, certain positions were reported as being under "shared-other" investment discretion with RHJ International SA (Form 13F File Number 028-14449), Kleinwort Benson Group Ltd. (Form 13F File Number 028-14452) and Kleinwort Benson Investors Dublin Limited (Form 13F File Number 028-13048) when, in fact, those positions were under "shared-defined" investment discretion with KBC Bank NV (Form 13F File Number 028-13045), KBC Asset Management NV (Form 13F File Number 028-13051) and KBC Fund Management Ltd. (Form 13F File Number 028-13799). This amendment is being filed to correct that information.
