BlueMountain Capital Management, LLC ("Reporting Manager") has filed a Form 13F with the Securities and Exchange Commission for each calendar quarter end commencing with the Form 13F filed for the calendar quarter ending December 31, 2010 ("the "Previously Filed Form 13Fs"). Reporting Manager recently determined that its Previously Filed Form 13Fs reported certain holdings in Section 13(f) securities on a netted basis rather than on a gross basis as requested in the instructions to 13F. Reporting Manager has also determined that with respect to its ownership of those certain Section 13(f) securities bearing CUSIP 277461406, its Previously Filed Form 13Fs only reported registered Section 13(f) securities bearing such CUSIP number, and did not report unregistered securities bearing the same CUSIP number. In lieu of amending and restating the affected Previously Filed Form 13Fs, Reporting Manager is reporting its holdings in Section 13(f) securities in this 13F filing on a gross basis, and is including in its reported holdings of Section 13(f) securities bearing CUSIP 277461406 unregistered securities that were not previously included.
