Birch Run Capital Advisors, LP (the "Adviser") was formerly known as Birch Run Capital, LLC. The Adviser withdrew its request for Confidential Treatment on February 5, 2014. At the time of the withdrawal, the application for Confidential Treatment had neither been approved nor denied. This Amendment discloses only the holdings which were not disclosed in the Form 13F filed for the period ending September 30, 2013.
