As of September 30, 2024, Poseidonos LLC ("Poseidonos") no longer exercises investment discretion with respect to section 13(f) securities. As such, no holdings attributable to Poseidonos will be included in the Form 13F-HR report for the quarter ended 9/30/2024 of Unisphere Establishment, which historically reported holdings on behalf of Poseidonos.
