This amendment corrects a transposition of information between two holding entries listed in the Form 13F Information Table filed with the reporting manger's 13F Holdings Report on November 14, 2014. Information relating to QAD INC CL A for Columns 4, 5 and 8 was inadvertently presented in the holding entry for QAD INC CL B, and information relating to QAD INC CL B for Columns 4, 5 and 8 was inadvertently presented in the holding entry for QAD INC CL A.
