On July 1, 2014, Lansdowne Partners (UK) LLP (the "Reporting Person") succeeded to the business of Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership ("LPLP"), acted by its general partner Lansdowne Partners Limited ("LPL"). As a result of this, LPLP and LPL no longer exercise investment discretion, and the Reporting Person shall file the 13F holdings report going forward.
