This amendment is being filed solely to correct the "Form 13F Information Table Entry Total" on the Summary Page, which figure was inadvertently reported as "0" in the original Form 13F due to a software error. The Reporting Person is reporting its position in the Oatly Group AB 9.25% Convertible Senior PIK Notes due 2028 with CUSIP 67421JAA6, which is the CUSIP reflected in Bloomberg and the Reporting Person's records, but is different from the CUSIP for such Notes identified in the SEC's Official List of Section 13(f) Securities for Q4 2023.
